This is probably the only offseason where I wasn't missing football. I mean, I'm sure the World Cup had a lot to do with that, but I still can't find myself that excited for the season to start. Hopefully once the pre-season kicks off, that spark will light up and I'll be looking forward to some football.
Anyway, since there hasn't been any media whoring about his retirement, I don't buy it at all. I bet he'll get a change of heart as soon as the season starts to avoid training camp...

I don't blame Revis, the Jets are a ****ty franchise and he might as well get paid to be in that dump of a team. But then again he's one of the only Jets players I actually can admit to like... so yeah.

Chris Johnson's TD just won me my fantasy game this week. YEAH!!!
I started both my fantasy leagues 4-0 and have gone 0-2 in both sine then... Phillip Rivers is the only one I have on both teams. Frustrating to say the least.
I did however go 10-4 against the spread for the week which puts me at 46-44 overall for the season in a 8 person money league I'm in with some buddies.

I am currently 10-2 between my two fantasy leagues. My 6-0 team is incredible: Romo, Johnson, Rice, Lloyd, Wayne, and a flex of one of Hillis/Braylon/Collie
I'm desperately trying to trade Hillis and Collie for a better running back to play in the flex and during Rice and CJ's byes. Only problem is that my league doesn't really have many teams in position to make such a trade. I'd love to get Steven Carlos*son though.
The 4-2 team... Rodgers, Austin, Nicks, Zach Miller are all fine, but the RBs will probably keep me from winning. Throwing out 2 or 3 of Addai, Pierre Thomas, and Ahmad Bradshaw. Also have Brandon Carlos*son and Jonathan Stewart on the bench. Just waiting for a DeAngelo Williams injury. Not too optimistic, but it's possible. I kinda went out a limb by going Rodgers and then Austin at picks 10 and 11, but had faith in myself that they were the best players at their positions. Only problem with the strategy is that I need these middling RBs to pan out. Bradshaw has, but the other guys have had peaks and valleys.
