You have to do it via RDBM 22 by loading your save and changing the goalnet depth but Afaik it doesn't apply anymore when you change it for some reason.

Yeah I noticed that there isn't much difference. I will work on it and update the main post when its ready

Make sure you block the connection to Fifa22.exe ( open Firewall -> advanced settings ->Inbound Rules -> Program -> Select FIFA 22.exe -> Block Connection. Do the same for Outbound Rules) because EA released a Live Tuning Update which stops any mod from working that alters the physics or gameplay !!!!!!

1. Block FIFA 22.exe firewall
2. Delete FIFA 22 folder in AppData/Local/Temp)

Update: Increased the tension of normal and tight nets
