New Sites for Hosting

Are you still accepting new sites for hosting @ soccergaming?

Its another CM site. Im not actually looking for hosting just now, but waiting untill ive finished learning php so i can make a more interactive site.

I just think there needs to be a new site challenging the likes of TD, CMG and CM.tv

If ur site is quite famous (min 500 hits per week) and has a GREAT design......I'm 100% Sure that they'll accept it.

Unless you have established names or major innovation, it will be very hard to get hosting with an established network. Before you start, read the 'Imitate or Innovate' piece that I wrote for the CM Zine Issue 4, which should give you an idea of how to make yourself stand out. The advent of SIndication has made a lot of webmasters even lazier. The opportunities are there for new, original webmasters, but if you're just planning a 'me-too' effort, then it will be a tough time finding a hosting partner.

so you are saying that it's now imposibile to get webhosting at sites like soccergaming?

I wanted to know the same thing for fifa romania, and Matt said that Soccergaming dosen't host sites at the curent time, we just need space for downloads(like fifa mra, our files to be at the downloads center nothing more) because we have ".ro" domain and 20mb for the site...but o space for downloads
