f marinos have used that sort of kit for quite a few seasons now though so have to say porto is the one copying

wow... can not believe nike actually recycled an old template for manchester united. i thought all those leaked pictures were fake for sure. this just undoes all the good work nike has done for this season

I found this that explains the reason for the skull and cross bones.

The nickname Turcos (The Turks) was originally used as an insult by rival Celta Vigo fans. The name supposedly dates from early in the club's history when, at least in the Spanish thinking of the day, a Turk was equivalent to a pirate. This has ancient history dating back hundreds of years to Ottoman Turkish pirates patrolled the seas of the Mediterranean and terrorized Spanish coastal cities.
