That's a good patch.
Gameplay is still a little too fast for me, but nice to play with.
It improves the game and allows to group much enhancements in one patch.
That's a good base.

Just one detail: how to remove the fps and script display ?

I like the gameplay and all, but the lighting is terrible. So could you please say what the default settings of the lighting were. I know, I know: I forgot to make a backup....

Gameplay is nice, comes closer to a true Dutch 4-3-3.

New gameplay & Lighting System

The gameplay patch is good, although the ball is a bit "heavy' for my taste. It certainly improves the CPU marking by defenders considerably.
HOWEVER...
Since I installed the patch all my new team names (edited in CC2005 overwriting the originals) are missing. The rosters are correct and the kits are all there, but the team names and league names have reverted back to the originals that shipped with FIFA 2005.
Could your otherwise excellent patch have caused this ?
How do you get rid of the fames per second and video file overlay ?

I like the patch in general, but i really hate the lighting !!!

I've completely deleted the "common.in" that you've added to the FIFA05 root folder...The lighting improved ...but it's not back to the orignal...

What do you mean by pitch shadows ...is it the reflection of the players shadow on the picth? ...or the light reflecting on the pitch that reflects back on the players and creats a pitch shadow!!!...

Because I still have some redness...and some blue light on the player ...even after reomving "commmon.in" please Help me

i see the lighting in the day is not realistic(more dark)... but the model i think look more 3d...
in the next version i fix the lighting...i work for a ucl version too.
Any other comment?on the gameplay?thanks.
for ExittheLemming my patch didn't modify the roster....,other bug?(i'll fix it)

If you could just make a diffrent version of the patch ...but just keep the original lighting for FIFA05 ...i kow is sucks in the night vision but it's clearer than yours in the daylight.

Just create a patch with this gameplay and setting the lightning back to the original + a patch of which you think is best. That way, everybody is happy. I like the gameplay, but personally I don't see improvement in the lightning.
