New contract for Ronaldinho

I've been trying to extend Ronaldinho's contract for ages now.
It got to the point where I offer him:
190 000 euros per week, 9.5 million euros signing on fee, until 2010, Key player, 9 000 euros appearance fee, 10 000 euros goal bonus, 9 500 euros assist bonus, 300 million euros release clause, 15% wage increase per year.
In addition to all that, he is the second cpt, he plays all the time, scores loads, I prasie him often, he takes all the penalties and free kicks, and he's still unhappy and wants to leave.I had rejected his request for transfer 2 times before accepting the 3rd time.

I don't know what to do.It's halfway into the 2005/2006 season.I've been trying to extend the deal since the end of the 2004/5 season and nothing works.

Are there are tricks to it?
I wanna keep him but it doesn't look likely.

Try and sell him now. Sometimes clubs randomly offer you big money for players.

Arsenal offered me 37m for Rooney and Chelsea offered me 40m for Rio so i accepted them both.

I've just started 2005/06 season with Barca, and in Ronaldinho's profile it states that he 'is looking forward to leaving the club'.. I accepted his request to be placed on the transfer list though..

EDIT: his contract gonna finish and barca haven't offer him contract 2 more weeks to go then i can approch to sign him with end of contract for FREE (same as i did on totti ) come on, please don't accept barca

I ain't gonna sell him.I don't sell key players. I've got over 100 million euros in total, so I don't have to sell anyone.

His contract runs out in 2.5 years so I've got enough time to succeed just like he has enough time to change his mind.
I hope the board allows me to offer a bigger wage eventually.

Tho I've bought Totti on a free so even if I can't keep Ronaldinho, I'm not out of options.

PSV - He's my fav.I have to keep him.I'd offer 250 000 per week if the board allowed it.

Parra - Yeah, he's gonna accept Chelski's offer when the protection expires.

Alistair - Huh?I said I've got over 100 million euros total balance, which means I'm very rich.Plus, I've sold Saviola to Inter for 53 000 000 euros, so know I've got around 155 million in balance.
There's no way I can go into negatives.

But I'm hoping that the board allows higher wages for Dinho since now I'm 3 times richer than I was at the start of the game.
Does the transfer income affect the wage budget?
I asked the board for an increase in wages and they rejected.
But I've still got 2 years, which is 1.5 years until the contract protection goes off, so I think I can work it out.He can't stay unhappy for 2 seasons, right?

I resrtrict my players to a 80k € a week at the maximum On Cm03/04 I had that limit too even though I could offer almost 200k € a week.

Yep Carew wanted once a bitchy contract of 100.000 euro's. I sold him for 13 million to the arch rival: Lazio the next transfer window.(That was back in CM 03/04)

I offered 200k per week after the board had raised the limit.He rejected.

Also, his contract is unprotected now.I don't know why so soon since he still has 2 yrs left...I don't get this Bosman thingy.
