Bill Walton is just awful. This is my first time this season that I've actually watched a game from start to finish but man I know why I didn't. How can anybody listen to this guy :|, I had forgotten how mental he was.

Athletic shoe and apparel maker Adidas said Tuesday it signed an 11-year deal with the National Basketball Association that will make the German company the official uniform provider for the U.S. league.

The company said the deal also includes providing uniforms and other products for the Women's National Basketball Association and the NBA Development League, starting with the 2006-2007 season.

Adidas-Salomon AG, which has been a marketing partner of the NBA since 2002, said the deal resulted from its acquisition last year of Reebok International Ltd., the NBA's uniform and apparel provider since 2001.

It'd be funny to see 3 stripes on NBA jerseys.

Damn, I was hoping Puma would buy full NBA rights, so everyone would have to wear Puma warmups, uniforms, and shoes. Puma is awesome. Do they still exist?

If someone knows some really good sites for statistics and stuff I would really appreciate it if someone would find out what the Bobcats record is when Felton starts at the PG position not at the SG (which is where he starts when Knight is in the starting line-up). We beat the Pacers, a team that needed a win to clinch a playoff spot tonight hahahaha :rockman: Pacers = :fool:

I don't think there will be a more lop sided first round than this years'

PS: Felton with 16 points, 13 assists and 6 rebounds :jap:

Phoenix would be lukcy to win 30 games if Nash wasn't on their roster. The man is the MVP.

He's the reason I can't watch (listen) to NBA games on ESPN. Total crap as a broadcaster. Sorry Bill.

My baby Bulls got the last spot over Philly, and the Clipps have 6th place in front of...who Beto? Yeah them. (H)

That's not true, I think Boris Diaw could probably run that team to be honest. They wouldn't win their division, but they would make the playoffs. Nash isn't the MVP. I'm a hater, yes, but it doesn't change anything. Read The Sports Guy Bill Simmons' latest column about MVPs. Nash isn't close, and as much as all of us hate to admit it, Kobe Bryant is the MVP this year. He's averaging a point total that is pretty much unrealistic in the modern NBA, and inexplicably the Lakers are winning a lot of games.

Oh I have said on several ocassions this year when talking to friends and such that Kobe should win MVP. I'm not a hater, I have nothing against the Lakers or Kobe right now (I did back when they s*at over everyone in the NBA). If I had a vote I would put Nash as my first choice and Kobe as my second. I felt a lot stronger about Nash though a few weeks ago before the Suns went into kind of a slump and lost a couple of lopsided games while the Lakers got into a bit of a grove. If Kobe wins MVP I'll go around saying that the best player in the league won it however if Nash wins it I'll go around saying that the most deserving player won it.

well it depends on what u believe are the criteria for a MVP.. someone that makes the whole team better.. or someone that gets amazing stats.... whoever wins is always debatable..

every one of those candidates has deficiencies or flaws

Completely agree. I may be slightly biased but if you take Kobe off our team, we would be nowhere near the playoffs, we'd probably be the Knicks of the West. He has single handedly taken this team into the playoffs and he deserves to get the award.

88. Bad trades can get you fired
After a series of nightmarish personnel decisions that included the giveaway of Vince Carter to New Jersey and the drafting of uberbust center Rafael Araujo, the Raptors showed general manager Rob Babcock the door after just a year and half on the job. -- J.H.

89. Bad trades don't always get you fired
After a series of nightmarish personnel decisions that included the giveaway of a high lottery pick (or two) to Chicago and the signing of uberbust center Jerome James … the Knicks decided they'd like some more of that, please, and gave general manager Isiah Thomas a vote of confidence. -- J.H.

Bobcats with 3rd straight victory and 25th win of the season :rockman:, even better it was against the Knicks which btw we swept this year haha!

Felton with 16 and 14 :jap:

btw some love for the Bobcats in that article from espn
28. Even expansion teams have studs
Gerald Wallace isn't exactly a household name, but the Charlotte forward had a remarkable season. Wallace became just the third player in league history to average at least two blocks and two steals in a season, joining David Robinson and Hakeem Olajuwon in that esteemed club, while shooting 53.9 percent and throwing down several highlight-film dunks. -- J.H.

42. Feelin' Felton
Last year, Emeka Okafor won Rookie of the Year. This year, no one is paying attention to Charlotte's top draft pick. But guess which Bobcat looks to be on track for a better career? With his averages at 16.7 points and 7.1 assists in the last three calendar months, everybody better love Raymond. -- ESPN.com
