Regarding the DB - yes. Eventually gonzaga will release all WC'22 stadiums and we'll need a final WC'22 DB.

I and @Emran_Ahmed were working on a patch on world cup some time ago , the only thing which remains is the theme

We have the teams, kitnumbers, fonts; I made all kitoverlays and all adboards, as well as trying to complete the bootpack; we have Al Rihla ball bust still need Al Hilm; 4 stadiums from gonzaga and 4 more to go + the theme (both Emran and I have beed doing our own projects) and soundtrack, and the patch is complete.

UPD: we still need a scoreboard (we have the texture but not a working S:
