I just tried this 4.3 update
If you wondered why I didn't ever wanted to use specific kits for numbers per team, besides gigantic end size, it's this.

Everyone has the same shirt anyway. So I prefered to have no front kit numbers if they have different color than back one.
I may make an update to this update, sort of "my version" of it.
Thanks anyway for a lot of kit numbers and fonts.

300mb kits for one team is a lot? Only Germany and Portugal have such kits. Gigabytes for stadiums and faces is not a lot anymore? You're strange. Your patch, your rules. Regards.

Personally I resized makispla's rx3s with tokke's convertor to 1024x1024 and it's not so bad at all, 80 mb per Germany (for 2 kit combinations) and 40 mb per Portugal.
It's just 2 teams and it's totally worth it imo.

Everyone has the same shirt anyway.
And no everyone doesn't have the same shirt if you add the IndividualKits line to team_xxx.lua


Also @ovide feel free to add Tunisia's fixed font
I pressed some random buttons without any idea of what I'm doing in FontForge, saved as, and it works in F14 now

As well as updated jerseyfonts for Qatar and Cameroon by makispla. The ones you added with 4.3 were wrong
anyway...my last effort on Qatar and Cameroon numbers with what i think is the best solutions for their name fonts...


Great, we can at the very least have "final" WC 2022 squads for the 16 eliminated teams based on games started and minutes played by the players, and also have "group stage" squads for the 16 last standing without Dani Alves as starter.

idk, but if I make an update, I try to require as little setup on user side as possible
Is it also possible to manually attach them to kit variation?
For example, Trapp now wears no. 12, but if an outfield player wears no. 12 then it will wear specific kit, or Trapp will wear outfield kit?
Keep in mind that I also have second db in which Germany has 39 players.

I promise to update team lineups, as now 18 teams are eliminated.

I am atteching the lua files herein, and can upload the resized rx3s as well. But you know it's easy enough.

As far as I know you can only assign 1 specific kit rx3 to a number, but personally for me WC 2022 accuracy stuff is essential, so I had added all this before ovide rolled out 4.3

I promise to update team lineups, as now 18 teams are eliminated.
I hope we continue adding on top of the same DB (4.3) since stuff like all white Germany kit and other variations are essential not to be lost.

As far as I know you can only assign 1 specific kit rx3 to a number, but personally for me WC 2022 accuracy stuff is essential, so I had added all this before ovide rolled out 4.3
You see, for me not that much, as Germany and Portugal will continue to play on these kits later, in EURO 2024 qualifiers and maybe even in the next Nations League.
I have to be more flexible than that.
Although maybe I'll give them as optional pack.

Actually, come to think of it:
kit_1337_10003_0 means number 3 jersey for Germany's home (0) kit,
kit_1337_10303_0 means number 3 jersey for Germany's third (3) kit,
so
kit_1337_10203_0 should mean number 3 jersey for Germany's gk (2) kit,
and if Trapp is number 3, he will have the correct kit file.

From RM documentation: kittype = 10000 + (kittype * 100) + squad number

By the way @Skoczek how do I fix blue-and-green chequered eyes?
Looks like some generic players have eye color IDs which which are not present in vanilla F14 eye color selection?
I didn't install the facepack because I already have all the faces I need.
Guess I'd need the generic eye_colorID rx3s from it? Could you maybe upload?



Also @ovide I hope more kit combinations are coming like all red Spain.

I'll respond to that later, but it'd be or look for additional generic eye textures or change values in eyecolorcode to only between 1 and 10

Im doing updates because you said you wont do updates in a long time then you come to criticize the update saying the kitnumbers have a lot of space, after you said you will update lineups,
we are not walking in the same way. Im using your db but you will use db 4.2 and make a mess when I want to update :facepalm:

there are no more updates. I hope the same way he critizes he updates every week the mod.
dont count with me, im out modding just for me

Very sad
Ovide and Skoczek are top modders and it would be sad if this fantastic mod won’t get updates anymore.
You both make a fantastic job
Would be great if they could work together

Bugs were fixed
In Ecuador when I delete specific font Jersey I don’t see numbers at all only some kind of shadow do you know how to make that (at least default) numbers are well indicated
Otherwise when I let specific font Jersey game crashes

The font Is from FIFA 16 so delete it
For Ecuador numbers I think insert the same numbers via cm
