I am actually done updating all promoted teams. In the top five leagues. I am onto the second division now and then I will update all the transfers. And then all the leagues.

Yes I will release with all the transfers.
About your question, I don’t know if I will really be able to get there. I am still amateur in modding. And currently I am only able to make dB updates and dlc modifications.
But maybe in the future I will get there to make big big mods but at this time I cannot say.
