My fifa 09 PC game gameplay is too slow!!!

i have downloaded many game play updates and like appolox game play and shorelooser even the next gen gameplay patch but its still slow, i have put my setting in fast mode and world class but still the players run too slow and players loose the ball easily, i had to uninstall and reinstall my fifa game cuz it crashed, before that the gameplay was awsome players would run way faster the ball would move fater now it looks like im playing in the moon the ball feels heavy and so do the players ball takes for ever to come back down, i could dribble way better like playing with messi i was able to dribble past defenders with more ease now its impossible to even sprint, i can remember what i did to make the gameplay more dynamic, can someone tell me a of a patch that could do this please??? thank you i also downloaded fifa 09 performance patch but it didnt do anything i have a very good graphics card so that cant be it.

1.uninstall the game.
2.delete all fifa 09 related folders (program files & my documents)
3.re install fifa 09 (completely clean install to make sure its default)
4.then install a gameplay you like

heres a couple that are better than most (best 1st in my opinion)

1.ac12 2.0 (edit the collisions in ai.ini, collisions knock you down a lil too much)
2.onsches advanced gp 1.2
3.shore looser gameplay 2.0
4.apollox real gameplay 1.5
5.world total soccer gameplay

then install your additional addons

before you install

1.back up your zdata34.big & zdata34.bh

download biggui (google it if you dont already have it)

1)open biggui
2)file -> open -> zdata34.big
3)import -> setplays.big (will ask to replace choose yes)
4)compress (3 white stacks w/ a down arrow icon) setplays.big
5)rebuild (blue circle w/ an r in it icon) the zdata34.big
6)open cm09 & regenerate fat & bh files
7)play your game & earn a corner/free kick & see the difference
