Hello.

I've been trying to extract FIFA Online 4's fo4_ng_db.dat for a while. I'm assuming it includes the player work rates and hidden traits, but it doesn't have the EASF headers like the other files. I can provide any other FIFA Online 4 files as needed.

I will provide a monetary compensation upon completion if needed.
