i think the issue is you rely too much on the actual picture, you need to do a lot of free hand editing after that to make the model look good. The model plays a huge part

miss how bale used to play in the pl. nice update. texture could use a few updates, a few black smears in the texture from the shadows in the picture you used, they need to be removed. and the eye lids and eye brow shape need to be a bit more refined.
