messi in real ????

I'm in the 2 year of my career with the Barca.
And I don't know why, in winter transfert messi was sell to the real.
I can't do anything to keep him.
It says that he isn't happy in Barca.
He plays every match and is the best goal scorer.
in the stat of the player he seems to be happy.

did it happen to someone else ???

I had the same happen with Pepe Reina for Liverpool in the first season. Its frustration because it appears there is no way to convince the player to stay.

i had the same thing with messi and mascherano , messi was on the bench
so i put him in starting 11 .. he started scoring hatricks ... and same as mach i use him and the commentators were saying he's leaving my team ( so i'd use him while he's availabe LOL)
anyway i increased messi's salary for like 70k's more and masch to 50k's after letting them play , then both of them said : hey boss am starting to get used , i'll stay here with the club i love ,, it makes it more intersting as you cant keep all the stars in the same time

I just think the transfer system is too aggressive. May be someone can make a mod to fix this? Sometimes the transfers are outright outrageous. This isn't fantasy league is it?

I had the same thing happen with Tom Cleverley, He was saying he needs to play his football somewhere else then i increased his pay and he had a suddend change of hearts and stayed.

I've never had this problem at Arsenal with any of my top performers and im in my 2nd season.

Though everyone seems to be happy. Make sure there pay's are as good as they can be for the player and make them FEEL IMPORTANT TO THE TEAM!

He needs to be noticed as a 1st team player rest him in local cup matches and play him in large games against strong teams.

I have 3 youngsters all 90 all midfielders playing together side by side and i rest them all they score they assist and i have no problem.

Arshivan , Van Persie and Walcott never have a problem but i have a feeling that Arshivan will be wanting to move soon as he is 31 and losing value.

Replacement is required at the end of my 2nd season.
