Messed up player models causes crashing - WITH screenshot!!

Iv'e searched the forums, but found no infomation on this, so for some reason, two players, one in southampton, and one from Bournemouth have messed up models, see the screenshot. They have weird poly's coming off from their faces and bodies. The game no longer loads when I try and use these teams, I took the screenshot before it started crashing when I first saw the problem.
I haven't edited any of the players faces yet, only put in new kits and players.
Any ideas

OK, just played with two teams that I haven't done anything too, Brentford and Wrexham, and the same is happening. The problem doesn't appear until the seccond half, and then when I click on Continue at the end of the match it CTD's.
Please any help or ideas greatly appreciated!
