but we think that it all points to his old screename yorkie19 as he was slagging off teams that have a rivalry with man utd and wasn't he unregistered??
i think he had an old screename

Anyway, there is 6 billion + people on earth, what is the chances of anyone catching them?

You say you have there isp, but that isp could be for hundreds of connecting.

So you would never really be able to stop them. ON chat if you are admin or a IRCop you can k-line someone. THis means you block there isp from chat if they have been very disruptive, but i am not to sure if you can do that on a board.

since Soccergaming uses UBB, they can block a certain ISP from posting! I'm positive because I know how to do it at the soccered forums and we also use UBB.
