Haha sorry.. I was pretty much reading the posts with one eye while focusing on switching/choosing music to listen to, so that was aimed at yoyo actually.

Hmmm.. Rio Ferdinand sure likes to stay in the limelight as his football career is getting closer to its end. With his antics on twitter, youtube videos, saying bizarre stuff to the media etc. He loves the club that's for certain, but some stuff is just better left to be unsaid, it's becoming quite annoying already, his feud with Terry and Cole among other things. Criticized Moyes pretty heavily in his book, being a bit too harsh in my opinion. Moyes was a proper clown when he was our manager i agree, but that's luckily in the past. I just dealt with it, without needing to sprout out shit about the guy all the time. Rio was in heavy decline last season himself, and every time he was on the pitch it was just a pain to watch. Here's some stuff he said haha.. : D I wonder what else is there, i saw some other quotes as well, but cannot be bothered to look for them again. Something like he was surprised how could he be left out to face Bayern in the CL, being as "good" as he was at the time etc.

Edit: well what the fuck?
David Moyes pissed off the lads by taking away our chips

Sounds like Moyes was undermined by the players, honestly. Half that shit are bllshit complaints that they'd have done without second thiught for Fergie.

Yeah agreed, i doubt a lot of them took Moyes seriously, especially as the season progressed. Some were even thinking about packing their stuff and leaving in the summer, or at least there were a lot of rumours.

Here's some of the rest which i read in the first place:
In his new autobiography, the veteran defender described David Moyes’s tactics as ‘embarrassing’ and his training methods as ‘amateurish’.

In an extract serialised in the sun (well didn't notice that earlier, but it doesn't matter), Rio Ferdinand claimed “Moyes’s innovations mostly led to negativity and confusion”.

He said, “The biggest confusion was over how he wanted us to move the ball forward. Often he told us to play it long. Some players felt they kicked the ball long more than at any time in their career.

“Sometimes our main tactic was the long, high, diagonal cross. It was embarrassing. In one home game against Fulham we had 81 crosses! I was thinking, why are we doing this? Andy Carroll doesn’t play for us!

Ferdinand was also upset about being left out of the Bayern Munich clash, and the way Moyes told him.

Standing in public, Moyes told Ferdinand he would not be playing due to his lack of pace.

“It killed me,” Ferdinand said. “Inside I wanted to scream and grab him. I’m a team player, so I just had to bite my tongue and stand there. But it was probably the worst single moment I ever had at United.

“I’d never been dropped for a big game like that – and to drop that on me in front of everybody.”

Anyway i'm not going to bother typing about Moyes and Ferdinand at 1am anymore. Better ways to spend my time instead of giving myself an headache.

That's what happens when a team that has won everything is managed by a man who does not have a thing on his CV.

With regards to his comments about John Terry, he's right to call him an idiot. There can't be a bigger **** than someone who shags his team mate's wife and racially abuses blacks without apologizing.

He should have been kicked out of England NT because of that but no, the one who was racially abused get kicked out.

What? Anton Ferdinand was never in the NT.

And Ferdinand really sounds like a stupid, entitled dick i those quotes. You can criticise Moyes for not being able to bond with the players but they're employees and they should listen to the boss and it sounds like they didn't.

Oh, well i never even read the whole story. The headlines were enough and they tend to overexaggerate stuff. And to be honest i don't give a damn about what some players do or don't do on their free time, unless it's something really idiotic or starts affecting how they perform.
(EDIT3)

Was it really like that? I mean if those two couldn't settle their differences and act like grownups then there was no place in the England team for both of them at the same time. Maybe John Terry was deemed as more necessary? Wasn't he the captain at the time? What year did it even happen? 2010? 11? I'm not going to google this shite.

If it was in 2010 then Ferdinand hadn't regressed so much, and i think we actually benefited from it then. I embraced it! No international breaks for our kinda old CB, and English NT is a joke anyway. Ferguson was always pissed when one of our players got picked, especially for friendlies.

Oh and i'm not trying to justify racism or anything, but people can say a lot of stupid shit in the heat of the moment. And in this case it wasn't really something that you'd want to admit if you were Terry. (i don't like that guy even haha, i'm not trying to defend him, just saying the way things are) The thing even went to court right? Anyway all parties involved acted stubborn and like silly punks, and for all i care they can loathe eachother for the rest of their lives.
edit: just saying that i didn't bother reading all the details about that either, so it's just the way i remember things.

Yeah he should have, but he didn't. As i said they are/were both stubborn and acted like children.

Read the "initial statement" again. I didn't mention neither Anton nor Rio.

You said "He should have been kicked out of England NT because of that but no, the one who was racially abused get kicked out."

The one who was racially abused was Anton and he was not in the England NT, therefore that statement is bullshit.

I didn't word that properly, sorry. I meant Rio was clearly kicked out of the England NT because Terry abused his brother.

Hmmm i just remembered that the CL is going to kick off tomorrow since it's already Tuesday heh : d (3 am, but i only say tomorrow because i consider it a new day when i wake up, no hurry yet, though).

It sure does feel lousy that we're not in it. At least there's a pretty decent match to watch right on the first day, Dortmund - Arsenal. Too bad Reus is injured and Arsenal are without a proper right back.
