You should put your money where your mouth is and pick him in the draft.

You're not getting van Persie.

Yeah I don't think we're interested in him anymore.

You offer the same city, less money, less good teammates and less trophy winning opportunity that Manchester City, there is absolutely no reason why he would even consider your offer.

I totally disagree with that. Despite spending so much money, City only won the league by GD and crashed out early in the UCL. I think they're overrated. They're a great team and I expect them to be better this season though. Team chemistry at United is MUCH better and there are lots of players with ego at City which destroys the dressing room atmosphere.

I see your point but really all this amounts to is that Man Utd would be a "warmer" club, that they would welcome van Persie with big open arms. If all he wants is to feel loved he can stay at Arsenal. You can say what you like (and I'm not being intentionally mean here, I much prefer United to City on a personal level), City won some silverware last season, you didnt. The gap between you and them will almost certainly get wider. You have a few good players, they have several great players. Yes some of them are big egos (and others are not btw, the likes of Aguero and Kompany and Hart seem like pretty decent guys to me, and some of the United players like Nani are no angels), but van Persie is a big ego himself, and above all they are stars. They have glamour, no-one at United has glamour. Not even Wayne.

I thought he was a CM or DM until I saw this:

He seems more like a winger. His main position is AMF according to transfermarkt but he can play as a LW or RW. He looks like a fast player with crazy skills similar to CR7 or R10.

The question is: do we really need him now? If Fergie plans on playing with an AMF, he can play as a backup to Kagawa. But our wings are packed. Not quite sure where he would fit. We use that money and pay $10 millions for a DM like Cabaye instead.

Ferguson has denied agreeing a fee but admitted interest. Mate, stop questioning whether you need him or not, just be thankful that a player other clubs are interested in who has a LOT of potential is coming to your club...... he could be huge.

He's good, but 30mil was too much for him. Brazilian clubs ask too much for their starts these days, it's much better saying we don't sell than tagging them with unreasonable prices.

I don't think it's unreasonable. It's steep as hell, but a player of his talent, potential, age and considerig the relatively low wages he'd command it's entirwly understandable, if risky.

I'm not sure if his dribbling and technicality can match EPL style. 30mil is a big investment and will result in few years, in some areas, we urgently need some players who can make immediate impact.

Did we ever see this from Anderson here:

Oh and tits.
Think you are selling Nani. Not this season maybe but next. Otherwise this signing doesn't make much sense specially when you are supposedly lacking in central midfield.

Yes he did that once for Man Utd. Thats a useless move anyway. See in the video, he lost the ball. Just good for the eyes. Anderson was never a dribbler like Moura. He was an energetic fast player.
