There is no way we are going though. This team doesn't give two tosses about Europe this season. On a positive side, no more annoying thursday games and unnecessary injuries, considering how we average an injury per game.


BTW, Rafael must have gotten a rocking from Ferguson for that third goal. Type of thing you send players to reserves for.

Haha yeah he thought he was doing good leaving it for the keeper and in the clear... his face was priceless when that players came past him and took the goal. He knew what was coming.

It is weird how SAF keeps playing us. He's not been using the usual 4-5-1 European setup that got us to how many knocks outs and finals.

We deserved to lose by more than 1 goal but we were a bit unlucky with the ones we did concede - the obvious off-side and apparently before the 3rd goal, the ref told prior to the free-kick that they'll kick the ball back to United (fair-play), but they decided to play anyway. No excuse for Rafael though, hope we won't see him for awhile now...

We have huge problems with dynamic and technically gifted sides. Our midfield lacks muscle to boss games and we're really poor defensively if the opponent plays quick and fluent football. It was the case against Bilbao, City, Basle...

West Brom home on sunday, while Swansea plays ****ty. Wouldn't dare to bet on those matches, both can go either way and wouldn't surprise me.

Glad to see De Gea pulling himself together. Switching between him and Lindegaard was a good idea. And now Lindegaard's inury was his chance to prove he deserves the spot.

brilliant, we will be 4 points clear next week if we win our game. Since Man C dont play till Wednesday. That will add some huge pressure for an already difficult game vs Chelsea.

I wonder what SAF will do with Athletic. I wanted to beat them on Thursday, but I didnt expect us to be top. Would be a tough game if we put in the effort to win.

He should sling the kids on, give them some game time and get everyone ready for the Prem. We really cant drop points after going top like we did earlier on in the season.
