Injury update: Cleverley and Ando are both back from injury. Great news. Hopefully they can give Scholes and Giggs some rest. Lindegaard is back in 2-3 weeks but will likely sit on the bench due to DdG's excellent form. DdG has won the player of the month award for United Btw, rightly so.

In other news, some reports claim that Pogba has signed for Juve for £20k a week. Crazy salary for someone who has hardly proven himself in the first team.

Funny ****, before United and ****ty got wiped out of the CL, none of the channels we get here showed UEFA Cup/Europa, the last match I saw from TV was ****pool vs Alaves - now we get two live matches in a day, lol.

But yeah, I predict Athletic to got through.

are you serious, hes a nobody with unreasonable wage demands. Don't you think that SAF and the coaching staff that see him on a daily basis would of played him if he was good.

If he couldn't make the team now, when the midfield is the weakest its been in years, so much so we had to grab a guy out of retirement, it didn't look good for him.

same goes for Ravel... he not even getting games at his championship club, cleverly at the same age and younger was playing for Leicester City & Watford.

Granted they were young and possibly come good... Welbecks getting there for example, but even hes was getting games. A lot of fuss over players that have done nothing. Hype city.

Forgot to mention it was the young players Tunnicliffe and Cole that have been stealing the show on the field. Tunnicliffe won young player of the year. Those numptys have been getting the lime light for the wrong reasons.

We played like a Europa team today. That was nice to watch. That too at Old Trafford.

We deserved to lose today. Athletic played us of the park at times. Credits to De Gea, he was brilliant and he's clearly improving each week. What the hell was Rafael doing before the third goal?! We need to win with at least a two goal difference, that won't be easy........

On the match, a 3-2 scoreline was the least Bilbao deserved to take home tonight. Were absolutely scintillating to watch - Muniain and Llorente in special. De Gea had his best game in a United shirt, without whom, the tie would have been completely killed off. Thoroughly back Bilbao to progress from here.

Well he played the first team today. Well almost. It was just a very sub-par performance. It was pretty obvious how our midfield was owned. A defender and a winger in central midfield

I agree with that. We played as if we didn't care and underestimated the opponent a bit.

There is no way we are going though. This team doesn't give two tosses about Europe this season. On a positive side, no more annoying thursday games and unnecessary injuries, considering how we average an injury per game.


BTW, Rafael must have gotten a rocking from Ferguson for that third goal. Type of thing you send players to reserves for.
