Yeah they have definitely been linked with Buffon, which I think would be a great signing for them.

Not to say that Torres wouldn't be, obviously he would, he's easily one of the best 5 strikers in the world.

We won't sign Buffon, I know that much. Given's one of the best in the Premier League and we've got Joe Hart tied down as well, would be foolish to let him go with the future he has in store.

Torres? Mancini's admitted interest in him but has put off any transfer talk until the summer. He probably won't come to City, but we don't need him regardless. Tevez, Ade and Santa Cruz are enough.

Shay Given is more than adequate for City, it would make no sense to buy Buffon. I honestly could see Torres leaving Liverpool, but I don't think it'd be for another premiership team.

City actually need strengthening in defence - Lescott was a big gamble which hasn't worked. Going forward they have pace, they have goalscorers in Tevez and Adebayor, Bellamy and Wright Phillips on the wings and a fairly good balance.

Would've been a massive boost if you guys qualify for UCL football. I can see a LOT of players would be interested to join you guys. Buffon? No he won't ever move to City. He sticked with Juve even when they were relegated. He was the world's best at that time but chose to play in the Serie B.

This loss was more gutting to me than all 3 losses to the Mancs this season combined... Spurs deserved it more than us, just pissed that it had to be Redknapp to take them there. God how I ******* hate him.

He's the only manager in England who manages to talk more bull**** than Fergie. He can just never keep his mouth shut about anything. I've read a good 6 articles in the past week alone where he cries about something City did.
