Manager Teams??

I've unblocked the manager teams options. They're right below the world and classic teams yet i don't know what the hell they are, what do they do(if they're not really teams) and where to find them? 5000 points seems a lot so i'd like to know

well its for ur manager mode... when starting ur manager mode ur not able to pick every team especially the ones with like 4 or higher stars so therefor iv u unlock the manager teams u will be able to start ur manager mode and pick any team u would want without going through 2 or 3 seasons to build up ur reputation
