I love this face now!

(Used Gary Cahill's hair texture)
I modified a hair texture but I couldn't make it look good in in-game. I used the same method like I did before but the result was really bad with this black haircolor. Please someone help me to make the correct transparency.:s

I have already used Fifa File Explorer to import the alpha and texture, then put the rx3 into the folder directly. All the colors and details are lost, is it alrealy the best we can do? I tried something like this for almost 50 times and the results were the same.

I apply the hair to Cristiano and it does work.How to apply to my Isco?
