I agree; Sole doesn't match with upper. The more I look at it the more I dislike it now.

I am looking for business casual shoes since my Timberland boat/loafer suede shoes are getting worn out. Any suggestions? I am considering either a suede oxford/derby or boat shoes (or both). Potential options are:

Thanks. I think suede oxford/derby shoes would be great for work. I wear really casual for work - shirt, sweater and chinos. I already have dress shoes but they are often too dressy to go with my outfit. I have these Cole Haan cap toe oxfords:
