Live 3D problema

I have a problem with the Live 3D. When I open live 3d and it starts to load all go, but when it appers to me the picture where it asks if yes or no. I mark yes and that window is closed automaticly and the window of managerzone too.

Is it the java?? or the mz web site?

anyone else have this problem and got it fixed?

I am having the same problem and unfortunatly the 3D is what made me sign up in the first place.

It does the same thing with both Internet Explorer and Mozzilla Firefox.
