List of Commentary Name IDs

Using Frosty v1.0.5.7 Editor.
Just looking for a list of commentary name IDs.
Does anyone know what folder one can find these?

or Does anyone have or can direct me to where I can find a list of commentary name ids?

In Legacy Explorer:
data->db->fifa_ng_db.db
and in this database take a look at:
- playernames
- commentarynames

I found the folder as instructed but cannot seem to find any option to export the list to something like a csv file.
There are are over a thousand names on the list but there is not option to sort by name. They are sorted by ID
It is difficult to find the ID for a specific name.
I am not an expert with Frosty Editor.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
Ultimately I just need a list to refer to in order to add commentary name to my youth academy players using cheat engine and Aranaktu's FIFA 19 cheat table.

You can export the table to text file with DB Master.

I now have all the commentary names and their respective Ids on a simply csv file.
