Limit In Adding Players?

Is there a limit in the max number of playernames and how can it be expanded?

I added a lot of new teams with Players to my db and after reaching over 30000 entries in the playernames table, the newest Players names won't show there Name ingame. Can this amount be Extended?

I already expanded db with CM. Anyone has an idea what to do?
