I haven't heard a thing... Sometimes when they play the Spanish Audio from some radio station they are playing a song in the background... But not yet have I heard it on ESPN.

Depends on the update but I haven't done anything with faces. Some patches have kits and minis as well as logos and flags. Others are only updates. Just have to read for each patch.

I heard the song today that you guys were mentioning it. Guess I just couldn't hear it over myself yelling at the TV.

Mass Rerelease

I intend to rerelease all national teams with the most up to date data and graphics as I currently have completed. Updates will continue after this mass rerelease. The intention is to provide a better STARTING point for those of you wanting to play with these teams while we continue to work on updates. I will release these teams within a fantasy FIFA world cup tournament that I have created. This release includes teams from the Knockout stage. The next release will include the group stages. The patch following that will include the final rounds of qualification.

I need someone to please download and install this patch and let me know if it imports properly. If not just post on here or send me a PM and I will recompile it.

Don't forget to add Netherlands and the Czech Republic to the international league after importing.

Error correction patch v1

The error correction patch will correct a couple of graphics issues you may have noticed. It is a quick update and I do suggest it. It will only take a second to import it.

This is a continuation of the Mass ReRelease Project. This adds the group stage and an additional 16 teams to the tournament which now has a total of 32 teams. You'll want to add the following teams to the international league or the game will crash:

Guinea, Japan, Ghana, Costa Rica, New Zealand, Iran, Egypt, Cote d'Ivoire, Guatemala

Make sure you add version 1 First!

I noticed a little problem with the tournament itself. Once you get everything imported go to GROUP 5 in the group stage and add CZECH REPUBLIC and NETHERLANDS to that group. It should also contain Paraguay and New Zealand if my memory serves me right. Remember to change the Tournament ID to 135.

Hey man, I'm kinda in over my head with the national team updates plus I just took on a project for some more classic national teams. Would you be interested in trying to make the tourny yourself and maybe I could provide you some advice?

I added an error correction patch to be imported after version 2 is imported. It corrects a couple of minor problems. DOWNLOAD IT HERE if you don't already have it.

LET ME KNOW IF YOU FIND ANY PROBLEMS IN ANY OF THE PATCHES!!! It is easy for me to miss something small.

MASS RERELEASE PATCH
FIFA World Cup Version 3

This adds a total of 18 teams from 5 of the confederations (no OFC this time). It adds the Entire CONMEBOL qualification stage, CONCACAF hex, AFC & UEFA intracontinental playoffs, and adds 6 teams from CAF to create a playoff to be used as qualifying (this will later expand to 6 groups of 5 teams to act as their finals.

- Make sure you add the following to the international league: Senegal, Morocco, Togo, Angola, Zambia, Uzbekistan, Jamaica, Trinidad & Tobago, Colombia, Chile, Peru, Bolivia, Venezuela

There is a rather extensive problem with the tournament itself. I will work on a fix for it most likely tomorrow and hope to release a fix as well. It seems to be having trouble transfering these tournaments through CMP files properly.

Alright the problem seems to show itself when transfering the tournament from one computer to another. I have attempted to create a correction patch for it but I don't know how it will work on your computer. It does work just fine on mine. but that doesn't really mean anything.

Because of this I'm going to give you the tournament layout so that if you check through your tournament and see that a position is blank, you know which team to plug in.

For example in GROUP 1 of Group Stage 1 Cameroon and Tunisia are supposed to be the two teams. If you click on that group and see that one or both of those teams are missing, follow the guide below to plug in the correct team.

An XX means that the team is being advanced from an earlier round and shouldn't cause you any problems.

I keep running into the same sort of problems when building tournaments with CM07. Teams are randomly inserted from various places and I cannot find any pattern or solution. half of the time it works but it really messes up CONCACAF qualifying if Argentina and Ghana are in it.

I am not sure how I want to proceed. I think I need to continue to work on this mass rerelease but it looks like I cannot build the tournament to accompany it. It is very disappointing for me. Hopefully, we can all still enjoy the national teams for what they are but it looks to me to be impossible to build an accurate complete World Cup tournament.

Below is the Mass ReRelease patch version 4. It includes 20 teams with updates for Morocco and Zambia piggybacked in as well.
