I read all the threads here and i'm stuned :o

In my opinion a real Fifa series player (hardcore) dosen't give a **** on graphics, faces, boots, crowd (come on...) and other piece of crap...

I like to consider myself a hardcore gamer (just Fifa series) and I like to see in a new release soccer game: GAMEPLAY... A GREAT ONE!

Fifa 2005 it's the only one (oh, yeah and Fifa 2003) that meet my expectations... It's good. When I heard that UCL come out I said 'whoa, maybe will be better than Fifa 2005'..I WAS WRONG!

Where the f... is the radar? And cameras.. Oh, god these are the worst I ever saw... And speed...I usualy play on slow (in Fifa 2005 it's really slow) and I selected slow in UCL 2005 :o

Slow = Fast, Normal = Fastest, Fast = Can't Play...it's :f***:

I don't care about graphics, I do care about GAMEPLAY...!

Please comment my post and thread!

Oh, and by the way...I remember something: Why starting with Fifa 2004 I can't give a name at my saved replay...Something like "40yards torpila" or "Killer shot" :)

C'mon, you're complaining about people who want's faces, boots and graphics who really is important if you want the game to feel real.
And you're pissed because you can't name your f****** replays?!

I am a real FIFA series fan, since FIFA 98 I played all series. You say a real fan does not give a **** about graphics, .... can be thats your view of the things. But I for myself think that graphics, audio (athmosphere), crowd is very important in a football game. It puts more realistic into the game. Of course, the gameplay is the most important, thats what I think, too, BUT would you play FIFA05 or UCL05 if they'd look like Kick-Off (a game from '86, GREAT GAME :crazyboy: ) or FIFA 98. No you wouldn't, nobody would play it. Or if the crowds would sound like crap... These are very important aspects of a game of our century. ;)

You say UCL05 is worse than FIFA05. Hm, what can I say ? It is everybody's own opinion.

The radar is not there. That is a negative point for many people, for many not. I never used the radar ... And the cameras, I always used the Sideline-Camera. As long as this camera is in, I have no problem. :)

OK. Maybe I over reacted in my previous posts. I do care about graphics, but in my opinion what does a great soccer game it's the GAMEPLAY, not the crowd (and when i say crowd, i mean visually, not audio). What player that really enjoy the game have time to look at the crowd? And for me the game it's moving tooo fast (even on slow speed)...

well, then go play PES, i have heard that the gameplay is better. However, i like better Fifa, more fun and exciting to play.

No suprise really .. They put no effort to these license games they release between the current and next fifa, wich is a damn shame really ..

OK...Let's be serious again...

In all threads here are many complains...and a few wows...about the game..

Most people consider that UCL it's a good game (including me)...

BUT ...

1. Where is the radar?
2. What are those black bars (cinemascope) on the screen? Why there is not an options to remove them?
3. Where is fixtures table?
4. Why I can't change difficulty in season mode?
5. Why EA can't make a table with ALL the caracteristics of a player in a screen (i have to scroll right to see all)...it's horible
6. Same thing at league table (pct.5)
7. Why can't give a name when I save my replay (It's that hard to do ?) (Fifa 2003 like)
8. Where the f.... is the IP Multiplayer Mode?
9. Please continue my list

Remember, I consider UCL a good game, but Fifa 2005 it's better (imo)...

And by the way, EA make a damn patch and remove black bars from the screen (or give an option to do this)...
