legendary difficulty help!

hy guys! sorry if someone else already asked this but i couldn't found the thread so....
how can i unblock legendary difficulty in game without using unlock patch?
i want to use this difficulty so if someone knows how to do it pls just take few seconds from your time and help me! thanks
