Left analog Stick does not work as analog

I have a Logitech Wingman Cordless Gamepad. When I play fifa, although I am using the left analog stick to control my players, it is not truly analog. The players will only move up, down, left, right, and the four diagonals. I cant move them in between directions. This is really annoying me. Anyone got any ideas?

welcome to the forums! i think that is how the left analog stick is supposed to work.

In previous versions of FIFA you had proper 360° control, not just 8 directions. I'm assuming it is suppost to be the same in 07.

In 06 and 07 they changed it. It's not analog on the left stick anymore.
