This video is for FIFA 11 but the procedure is basically the same for FIFA 14 :

You need Creation Master 14. Then just follow the steps but instead of choosing replace, click create.

Thank your very much for this but i get a fifa 14 creation master unhandled exception has occurred error on cmp importing. is there a way of fixing?
