I saw Casino and Blow yesterday on cable. Casino is one of my fave movies, I can watch it over and over. Blow was also a very good movie.

Anyone know of any other old mob or gangster movies like Casino? I know there is Scarface. Is The GoodFellas that type of movie?

well, if you like Casino, you'll definatly love Goodfellas. Those movies totally go hand in hand!

you'd probably like 'Miller's Crossing' and 'Mean Streets' too..

EDIT: sh!t, I forgot the Godfather trilogy! Those movies are manditory if you like gangster flicks

Just watched the KungFu Hustle, starring by Stephen Chow.

It's kind of funny & cool special effects in the fighting scene. The movie is one of the biggest budget ever made for the HongKong industry movie.

The Waterboy on Five the other day, damn funny film. Adam Sandler's coach has to be the highlight.

Can't wait for Bill Murray season :D:D

I really dont like The Waterboy, Adam Sandler was Tolerable in Little Nicky but in anything else he irritates the hell out of me. Apparently he's quite good in Spanglish though.

I finally saw the legend that is Gigli. Like 99.999% of everybody else, i saw this movie just to see how bad it really was.

The whole movie reminded me of deleted scenes of other movies where you could definately see why they cut them out, except in this case they made a whole film out of it. Imagine how priceless the actual deleted scenes mustve been. i wouldnt know as this DVD had (not surprisingly) no extra features.

I'm a fan of Ben Affleck, but his portrayal as a gangster made John Malkovic (in Knockaround Guys) look oscar worthy. I cant believe Affleck could seriously look at this script and diologue and still sign on.

Even more appaling is that Al Pacino had a cameo. Wow.

I'd point out Chris Walken, but hes no stranger to bad movies of late (kangaroo Carlos, Envy, Joe Dirt)

Im stay keeping clear of this one. and Ive had mpre than a chance to watch it but I just dont want to :p

I heard there's a JLo monologue about pussys that is really painful to watch.

I watched Dodgeball. I was rolling around the floor with laughter for a good part of the movie. A lot funnier than Anchorman, I thought. And that's saying something!
