Hi I created a mod to add The Liga Santander Champions Badge to Fifa 19, currently my mod only works on career mode, I haven't figured out how to make it work on kickoff, I will provide links of the mod and the project file, The project files has the database edited in legacy mode, I changed the competition badge 10054 and used it as the champions badge, since la Liga 2nd division and 1st division share the same badge
