Very cool face,
Maybe the lips can be improved. The mouth opening seems a bit off and the underlip a bit tilted.

my suggestion :

need to lessen head width slightly &
hair texture be more curly
Alli has sharp eyes so how about changing eye brows shape upwards and eyes expression more aggresively
