Hi, how can i change the color of the bpl scoreboard? I extracted the .big file, but I don't know what to modify precisely to change the color (like the background on the scoreboard where the team name is written, like the image in the photo)

Do you know how to hex edit? If not, be very careful not to corrupt the .big. You cannot delete anything... you can only replace. I would imagine that you can change the color not by editing the hex, but by recoloring the dds found in the overlay .big that is purple (just a square texture with that color). Not sure, though

Not altogether sure, but if I had to guess I would say to try editing one or both of these dds files:

Unfortunately I have modified all the dds files inside overlay components 6, but nothing. Surely there is another .big file related to bpl, but I don't know which one

Why would you modify all of the dds files in the big? I listed two specific ones... I don’t know that they will change the color, but your response makes me question whether you understand my advice. There are two ways that a color is implemented in an overlay. Either a sample of the color is included in the .big as a dds file, and then that color is applied to a predefined area on the scoreboard. This is the case with the purple part of the scoreboard. The other way that specific colors are applied is with defined RGB hex codes found in a data file within the .big. I believe that the first way is more likely because that texture is not dynamic (it doesn’t change... it’s always green). The only dds files with that color that I could find were the ones pictured above. Moreover, it would make some sense for the texture to be located in overlay components_6, because the overlay set for the BPL is 6 (6002.big).

If the color is defined using RGB hex code, then the task of editing it will be much more difficult. You’ll first need to figure out the hex address at which the color is defined. Color definitions are usually followed by ‘FF’. So, if you were to see F6F6F6FF, it is likely a color being defined as white. To explain: The R(red) is F6, the G(green) is F6, and the B(blue) is F6. These are followed by ‘FF’ to indicate that this is a color definition... hence: F6F6F6FF. Good luck

in the previous message I meant that I have voluntarily modified some dss files to change certain color within the scoreboard, I have not modified all the files at random.
I do not find only this specific color, unfortunately I have searched in the .big file and nothing, it is difficult to find the address related to that part of the scoreboard, however I really thank you for your availability
