Downside to Using Jasc PSP 9.0?

Appreciating that Adobe's Photoshop CS is the 'weapon' of choice for game graphics editing/creation in this community, but not having the £606.13 lying about 'spare' . . . I have the opportunity to upgrade my old Jasc Paint Shop Pro software from version 7.04 to version 9.0 for a mere £39.95--a more affordable proposition.

Question: Can any experienced editors/creators in the community advise me of any 'downsides' of going the less expensive PSP 9.0 route? E.g., lack of plug-in support, etc., for EA Games? Any users of PSP 9.0 out there who care to comment?

Black and Blue Circles:How do i make that stuff. If we can't make them is there a template for them.If yes can i have the link.

Blue Circles:How do i make that yellow line around in that peculiar shape almost every nike jersey has. Do i again have to draw it manually?? if yes how??

and if it is the template pl. can i have it??

You should learn to use the pen tool on Adobe. Check out the tutorial about makin` curve lines some pages back.

I followed the tutorial from curved lines but if i select "Stroke path" Its much to thick, its about 5 pixels and i want only 1 px..How to do that...?

stroke the path with a pencil instead of a brush

Look at creature901's guide on page2, its not how i draw curved lines, but i suppose that way works aswell
