kit import problem!! please help!!

When I import a kit (with EA Graph) I get this:

you just have to compress the .fsh file in bigui, eagraph (or sth like that) after importing

Can you run by me how to import a kit then?
I have opened up the kits.big file and there are 4 files in there.
Which fsh file am I supposed to be compressing?

Do I need to get a seperate fsh program and compress the bmp kit file I got on this site?
