My first FIFA 16 import attempt. This is an important step as to make a stadium, I need to preview what I did... File Server was hard to understand but thanks to @The Wizard I have an idea.

I succeeded at crowds and stadium export. Didn't test glares yet. Next I'll bake it.

So I succeeded with glares too. Which means, it's time for my first release, as I don't want to see this stadium anymore.

HUN - Bozsik Arena, Budapest
General Information:
Bozsik Aréna
is a multi-purpose stadium in Budapest, Hungary. The stadium opened on 24 July 2021 and it was renamed after the Budapest Honvéd FC and Hungary footballer József Bozsik. It is used for football matches and it is the home stadium of Nemzeti Bajnokság I club Budapest Honvéd FC.

Notes:
This is my very first release, so I appreciate your understanding.
The stadium names are in Stadium Server format. Until I find a quick way to rename them the other way I'll release them in only Stadium Server format.

The bench players sit at invisible chairs. But it does not look like a huge bug so I left it that way, in future they won't sit like that. I am open to advices.

Just a quick Question about the Crowd Situation on your stadium. how did you manage to do it, that everybody faces the pitch? I tried the Subdivision Method of Blender and still ran into the same problem with facing other points.. Allignemt to "cursor location" didnt work either and gives me an error..

I actually prepare the seats during the stadium. I simultaneously make them while I make stands.

This is from building process of Bloomfield Stadium. You can see the seats and their orientation. I also check which direction they face.



Then I use Mesh Tools of Blender 3.0 to offset and extrude edges in 45 degrees. Did you notice that faces are 45 degrees tilted to ground?

The horizontal edge should be 0.2m, while the 45 degree edges should be 0.2 * 2^0.5 = 0.282828 (Pythagorean theorem). Since it wouldn't be logical to write 0.282828, I benefit the language of Python and type 0.2 * 2 ** 0.5. Then remove the original faces.

When you make seats with stadium and give them textures, you also have a control of which vertex color given should be to which face. This is especially helpful when you deal with new stadiums that have cool seat colors.

So making seats simultaneously can take more time. But in the end, crowds don't become painful. I think I'll hopefully make a video about how I deal with crowds. But first I have to verify my method several times...

When we do Ambient Occlusion baking, the brightness of roof always bothers me. Why would they be dark? Instead in Blender, for another project (I do stadiums for FIFA Manager too same engine with FIFA07-10), I used a lighting setup. It resembles rainy day weather, an Area light with huge power. I baked the vertex colors then and result is:





Can we do ambient baking like this? I think it looks better.

I dont know If its possible, but there are two things you can do. One is tick on normalized in baking part, this Will make a whiter ambient file. And the other one is to edit the ambient file and put it more brighter.
