We apologize for keeping the yellow too long
Yellow Card
Ofcourse...they're firmly in control of 3rd place and could realistically challenge for 2nd, now that Totti's out. 5 points in 4 games is doable.

Amauri... I don't get it. Juventus has the top two goalscorers in Serie A plus Iaquinta. Del Piero, Trezeguet, Iaquinta and Amauri... I see unhappy faces on the bench. Put Giovinco in Palladino's place and we're set I'd say.
Focus on a world class defender!!!

well im uncertain as to whether ppl still remember this face.....but ere goes!!:P

i havent been paying much attention to SG, but im pleased to say that watching juventus this season has been great. juventino u have said it. at the present point after our 3-3 draw with samp, del piero (21) and trezeguet (20) are the top scorers in the league. so do we need a change up front? i say no. what juventus needs to focus on is another midfielder to take nedveds place when he retires. whether ranieri can work someone else in nedveds spot and put giovinco in an attacking mid position remains to be seen. personally i think buying amauri would have to lead to a forward or 2 leaving. in which case if i had to choose that would be iaquinta and palladino.. no way would i give up LA COPPIA D'ORO!

on the defence, juves problem has always been getting a solid defence. realistically we have had too many drawn games this season. if those draws were wins we would be contenders for the title today. my question is... do we bring brack RAMBO zambrotta? or do we look for someone more younger and ready to rejuvenate our team? these are questions secco and co will have to answer for us the fans.

on seccos first year....well he bought in iaquinta but vinnie hasnt had the best of first seasons. i think his best move by far was momo sissoko. i think mom has played well for us. he is still young and well he even scored his first goal for the bianconeri a few weeks after his signing. ever since then he has played a great half season. i have no idea whether the red card will run into next season, but id say that was his only blemish so far.

onto the UCL next year....and b4 that i guess FORZA ITALIA PER I EUROPEI!

lastly i would like to say that ill be travelling 5 hrs by plane to watch juventus play a friendly over here in melbourne australia. i am thrilled at the chance of watching the bianconeri play. so ill be heading from perth to melbourne cheering on our bianconeri!

After Amauri(to be confirmed next week) Juve are targeting X. Alonso. Liverpool could let him go if they sign Barry. Alonso for 16-18m € would be great.

Blasi's other ½ is no longer Juve's. Napoli bought it for 1.7m € and Zalayeta stays another year with Napoli also.

Albin Ekdal signs 4-year contract with Juventus

Juventus Football Club have officially signed footballer Albin Ekdal from Swedish Club IF Brommapojkarna for 0.6 million Euros; the four-year contract with the player will end on June 30 2012.

Swedish attacking midfielder Albin Ekdal was born on July 28 1989 and has already played 4 seasons at Brommapojkarna in the Swedish League – 2 in the youth teams and 2 in the first team – and is a first-team regular in the Swedish Under 19 national team, where he has collected 5 caps and one goal up until now.

The player expressed his satisfaction about signing the contract: «I'm very happy and proud to have the opportunity to wear Juventus' colours. This will be an important experience in terms of my professional growth and my career. I'll have the chance to play and train with many great players and I can't wait to begin doing so».

Alessio Secco also wanted to express his satisfaction about the successful signing just completed: «Albin is a young and very promising player. His signing is part of a project Juventus have to invest in young players. We're happy that Ekdal has chosen to join our team: he will certainly be an important player who will do his part in helping to build Juventus'

signed? I don't know. We were linked with him for a while but we'll be soon presenting Amauri who's the same type of player as him.

Depends what sources your friend as. :D

so far our transfer campaign could look like this: Mellberg, Ekdal, Giovinco, Marchisio, De Ceglie, Amauri, X. Alonso...possibly a strong CB if we pass the CL preliminaries and a LB if we loan out De Ceglie.

Welcome to Amauri! (Y)

22.8m € for him. Nocerino to Palermo for 7.5m € and later on Lanzafame could be co-owned to Palermo and bought back by Juve for a pre-established fee.

Next target is a solid mid. X. Alonso, Aquilani...

Of course he's good. Scores his own share of goals and makes many assists also. About the same style as Zlatan.

but why do you guys need another forward? i realize he's good but you have Iaquanta, Trez and Del Pierro... couldn't have you focused on another middy other than alonzo? you can never have enough middies...

Forza Suarez! (ps brotha can you spare a dime?)
Juve will be in the Champion's League next year, we need all the strikers we can get to able to rotate them effectively. We can't have players playing too many games without rest. Two solid midfielders and 2 good center-backs are what Juve should focus on now.

Seems to be a done deal to be confirmed early next week. Next target is a LB according to many rumors even if Cobolli and Secco said De Ceglie will stay after being bought(co-ownership) for 3.5m €. Fabio Grosso is on top of that list.

Grosso is like superman when playing for the NT

I don't know if he can reproduce that form weekly at club level, he's 31 in November.

Depectively tall at 1.90 but very quick, top shelf technical ability. I would love him at Juve, more talent in his little toe than Molinaro.
