Good to see Salihamidzic scoring, and it's so weird to see him play in a different jersey :O

How's he doing ?

Good. In a couple of games he played RB, RM and LM. Very versatile and you can see the experience on the field. When Camoranesi comes back then he'll go back on the bench but I'd consider giving him the RB position if Zebina continues sucking or if Grygera doesn't cut it.

Can we rely on Boumsong and Legrottaglie if Andrade(serious injury last year), and Criscito(unexperienced but he's good) get the flu or something? A guy like Ayala(now with Zaragoza) or Cannavaro would have helped us this season to reach our CL goal.

yeah i dunno about boumsong or legro. but i think criscito and andrade are worth it. im just wondering whats the latest on zanetti? is he back to full strength?

the question is if we had to keep one player out of boumsong and legro who would u guys choose? im reluctant to say boumsong. however can secco really snap someone up wih a SECCOnd to go in the transfer period.

(Tuttosport)

normally when they start talking about the length and involve details like money i tend to start believing. but this could also be the journalist playing fantasymercato. mark are u still positive on huntelaar or are u thinking maybe next summer?

I'd keep the cheapest on the bench...Legrottaglie. No big difference in talent.

Zanetti was better than all our mids this summer but gets injured very often.

I'd be surprised if Secco makes a Moggi transfer move but we need it.

tuttosport its everything but a reliable source. I read it everyday and sometimes they write some crazy stuff that just cracks me up.

and to answer the question, I'll rather keep bumbum. even though he is a little more expensive, he doesnt have legro's tendency to get injured almost every game.

Iaquinta "indisposed" for Juve Saturday 1 September, 2007

Vincenzo Iaquinta will not be making the trip to Cagliari with Juventus after suffering from “an indisposition.”

The striker made a splendid debut for the Bianconeri last week, scoring two of their five goals against Livorno.

However, he was not included in the 21-man squad travelling to Sardinia, officially for “an indisposition that kept him awake all night.”

It is rumoured this was a stomach bug or food poisoning and so Iaquinta has been allowed to rest in Turin this weekend.

Alessandro Birindelli, Zdenek Grygera and Marco Marchionni are long-term injury absentees, but Alessandro Del Piero is fit again after missing the midweek 3-1 Coppa Italia victory at Parma.

“I am ready and able,” said the captain in his Press Conference. “The bruise to my foot has gone down and for the last two days I’ve been training regularly with my teammates. I also hope to be called for the two Italy games.”

Del Piero is expected to be named in Roberto Donadoni’s squad for the Euro 2008 qualifiers against France and Ukraine next week.

Juventus squad: Buffon, Chiellini, Almiron, Zebina, Zanetti, Salihamidzic, Camoranesi, Del Piero, Nedved, Belardi, Andrade, Trezeguet, Boumsong, Criscito, Palladino, Nocerino, Olivera, Molinaro, Mendes, Novembre, Legrottaglie

0-0 HT @ Cagliari.

Bad game... Especially the defence is making me sick. The positioning and organization is HORRIBLE. As the 2nd half begins another bad mistake. :(

Trezeguet makes it 1-0... but Legrottaglie f*cks it up again... this is just... :|

Wow, crazy ass match! Camoranesi with another GREAT hustle to keep it alive!!! Del Piero with the goal. :rockman:

Oh, Zebina... f*ck this man... :| First causes ANOTHER dumbass penalty then the red card for protesting... MORON

CHIIIEEELLLLINIIIII!!!!!!!! :D:D

hmm.....I wonder if that would've gone in on its own if DP didn't advance it into the net with that last touch?

Anyway.....Juve for the win.......errrr.....wait a minute......a penalty given to Cagliari....Zebina.....LOL!! What a clown....don't know whether it was for handling the ball or illegal defending, but I think that the penalty is on 'em.

Anyway....tie game again....woot!

EDIT2x:......Zebina.....sent off.....proceeds to attack a Cagliari player on the sidelines on his way out.....wow!

What the **** is Zebina's problem? Watching him do so much stupid **** makes me so mad! Anyway, our defence does look very shaky and Legro is not a man we just trust too much. Trezeguet keeps scoring and that is by far the best thing.

he bitch slapped a cameraman :Carlos*o:

what a game, I spent the whole second half on the edge of my bed.

first half: not much for us, it was all cagliari and finally at the very end del piero f*cks it up by trying to score a beautiful goal. he had all the friggin time to stop the ball and secure the goal but nooooooo, he always wants to do the most difficult plays instead of playing it simple.

second half: thank god for camoranesi, with him in the field it was a different story, and thank god for trezeguet for putting it away on the only chance he had.
first penalty for me doesnt exists, the one that wasnt given... well, it wasnt given for a reason but the third one was the correct call, thanks to zebina, which wont be able to play for a long time for the ban that he'll get.

so for the rest of the season, i'll play something like this on defence:
brazzo - andradre - criscito - chiellini
and camoranesi with the exact same freedom to roam around the midfield as today.

lol vitu that means for real. but just a different way of saying it...

guys i must admit i take back everything i said a few days ago about this team and giving them some time to adjust.

we need someone in the backline. i was listening to the radio and this was the main game. and i was scared coz the crowd for cagliari would rise the commentator would start getting excited.

ive seen the zebina incident thanks to youtube, and id say he is gonna be in some trouble with la lega.

oh and ppl who are anti juve if i dare see anyone say juve still involved with calciopoli you would have to be the most pathetic fans out. juve worked for their goals and thoroughly deserved them playing with heart!

buffon showed us again why he is the number 1 keeper in the world.

btw i saw it on youtube cagliari took the worsed ever indirect free kick. the commentator was saying its the biggest stuffup he has seen in 15 yrs.
