If Roma hang onto benatia, they will have a nice defense with cashley added

I don't know what his wages were but didn't you go for him, he's better than Evra and would have come without a fee.

Don't know how to feel about the fact that we spent €27m for Iturbe.

I also hate the fact that Madrid have a buy back clause for Morata. So basically if he bosses for us than he's off to Real next season for €30m. If he flops than he stays and we wasted the €22m. There is no win for us.

Fucking Juve, so pathetic. They didn't want to pay +25 for Alexis but they pay 22 for Morata.

Fuck the Morata comparison, how about 27 for Iturbe instead of ~35 for Sanchez.

I'm incredibly disappointed Juve didn't close a deal for Alexis Sanchez, it seemed like him and Barca were game for this transfer for months. God dammit.

I'm too unfamliar with Iturbe, I don't really know what he can do. The last couple of years I usually stick to watching Juve and forget about the rest of Serie A. :( The figures thrown around are surreal to me. I may have to youtube him...

Iturbe is a much better player than Sanchez was before his final Udinese season (silver lining :( )

the fact that he was owned by Porto but wasn't sold for some crazy 40+ million figure is as much a red flag as the fact that he's already 21 years old but hasn't made his senior international debut yet ...

but after all this skepticism, it'd be great if he, once the honeymoon period is over, genuinely vindicates the pricetag and finally fulfills his potential as a budget Robben/Messi ...

Wasn't it a pre-agreed price he had from Verona that was made before he played a game?

Failing to make a squad over Palacio, Ricky Alvarez and Enzo Perez spells nothing but doom however

Wish it were a Camoranesi type of deal with Hellas Verona (with inflation), it would seem more appropriate for the stature of the player.

James Troisi cpuld have been our Max Vieri

Speaking of that guy, why do we even own him? He's too good for the A-League but wouldn't even make it at Sassuolo
