Ty, lived in Hong Kong for like 10 years and then only last year moved back to Japan but is in Korea right now. But he's japanese/

WOW shocking result tho its just only Olympic but still.
Anyway I hope Korea wins against Iran (Olympic team too but will probably have players like Park Ji Sung and Lee Chun Soo

Bahrain is a tiny country by the Red Sea. But I'm quite amazed by the strength of their U23 Olympic team. They beat China 2-1 or something in the last Olympic qualifiers in '99, now they beat Japan! :confused: :o

Never underestimate arrabic countries, they might surprise you .................or not. japan is way better than bahrain, the olympics suk, they dont even have their best squads t represent them.

yeah...i agree! saudi arabia performed very well in receent qualifiers but was beaten by germany 8-0

PS: yes, a famous women soccer tournament called "Mundialito" is played every year in Algarve...
