I uninstalled my game completely it took me a ******* while to reinstall it I uninstalled CC loaded the new one installed it made some minor changes and guess what crash berfore the ******* game even starts I'm now more than pissed off I lost all that I had to reinstall the game to use CC and its still crashing that's really more that I can take...

Yeah, use FAT/BH builder before playing, I think the one that is built into CC is somehow not working properly.
Sorry to tell you Chau that I faced the same problem as the guys here.
I uninstalled the whole files of FIFA 2005 including the folder in My Documents and all the registry files related to it. Then I installed the new CC version 1.1.24 and I thought it will save my day.
After making a few transfers with the latest transfers all over the world, I saved it then create a new FAT/BH with it and then go to the game. As the other guys here, the game went to the desktop. I don't know why. And now I have to rely back on the previous version of CC because it haven't crash my game so far.

Yes. When I made changes with the Creation Center and then clicked "yes" to the Build FAT/BH File option, my game kept crashing.
After uninstalling both FIFA 2005 and the Creation Center, I installed them again, made the same changes in the CC, but this time clicked "no" to the Build FAT/BH option (but clicked "yes" to the Save Changes? option). Now my game works fine with all the changes in place.
Really frustrating, made some transfer, adjusted about 50 players and now it crashes. Hate these ****in' bugs crashing problem
At my game (after fresh installing and deleting all fifa2005 files)
I imported some new faces and made some transfers.
After that i played a friendly game with the team where the changes were made into.
It worked fine.
After that i created a new tournament in FIFA2005 itsself (not in CC).After playing one game and saving the game started crashing.It has something to do with save games in my opinion.
I hope there will be a new version of CC which will solve those problems.

But with importing faces the CC starts the fsh builder itsself.

I unistalled both and reinstalled both new cc and fifa 2k5 and then edited one team went to select that team and it did not even show up. I tried to play a old saved career and it crashed.
