Issue With New Created Team

I have a problem when I create new teams about the values of players; in the offline mode I see the right values but in the online friendlies I see values completely wrong, lowered by 3-4 of overallrating and also in the internal values.
I have looked for in all tables of db but I haven't found any reference about this problem.
Someone has the same problem?

Okay, I know absolutely nothing about playing online, but even I can guess that created teams for offline play can't be used online.

Okay, so you're creating ONLINE teams for online play. That's not how I read your post, it sounded like you're editing the db and creating new teams, and then trying to play with them online.

I think it's not possibile we can't play online.... I think there is a reference in the db that I don't know where is located....
