Issue with creating CMP patches in Creation Master 16

When I want to create .cmp patch with Creation Master 16, no matter what, I am getting error that access is denied to "crowd_20_1.dat"

I don't know if I can help you solve this problem, but what version of CM16 are you using? there's an information I saw in the help post here on the forum saying that the best CM16 to use for transfers is the beta2 version
