Seriously dude, stick to playing PES2/WE2002 on the ePSXe emulator. Those two games rule by far compared to anything else available on the PC. (Email me if you need help gettign them, setting it up etc.)

I've been playing fifa since 98 and also play PES 2. I find that ISS 3 on PC is not perfect, but it is a good game. Its gameplay is clearly different, and for me better, than fifa's. That's why, after long hesitations, I bought this game. Of course it is not so realistic than PES, but I have very good times with that game on my PC and I don't find that it is solely an "arcade" game (or what should we say about fifa?). My regret is that there are no clubs leagues. If only we could get fifa's graphics and clubs licence, with an ISS-like gameplay. Concerning the speed of the game (saw some questions about it), I have XP and didn't experience any problem.

It's amazing they released this game (PC version) without any options like tuning resolution and such. The graphics are not that great (probably worse than WE6:I on PS2) but not completely terrible. Playing a game in 640x480 (which I think is the games default resolution) on the PC is kind of ridiculous. However, I've read a lot of posts saying the gameplay is horrible and that's simply not true. It's way better than FIFA and similar to WE6 (but maybe not quite as good as WE6). Overall, it's an entertaining game. I'd give it a 7 out of 10. However, I really hope KCEO will release some patches because it's really a poorly done port of the game.
I am a fan of the Fifa series.I just got ISS3 on the pc after seeing posts that say its far better than Fifa.Are these people mad,I played about 3 games of ISS and had to pick myself of the floor from laughing to hard.ISS is a joke, the graphics are at best crap, gameplay is shocking, it feels like a 1992 arcade game.Im seriously advising anyone who wants to try ISS not to bother.

fifa is good but only because of its lare community and the patches,raptors.kits,faces they make fifa so popular. but ISS3 i think is BETTER than fifa+patches because its not the graphics of a footballgame, which make the game, especially a footballgame(!),good, but GAMEPLAY !!! and in ISS3 every goal is different from others they are not just scripted (!!!) like in fifa !!!
