Hooper, it was the opinion of 25 Staff members that you were to be banned, the fact that one MA gave you his 'OPINION' you seemed to have taken it as Gospel. Johan has not condoned what you did and like the rest of the staff, feels that you were banned fairly, so drop the 'I have been treated unfairly' act, cos its just boring now.
I never banned you alone, I had over 20 staff members opinions before I took action. You did cheat, you had a huge advantage over everyone else, and soon we can let the rest of the community know, and they can make up their own minds. Every staff member I have spoken to and the few members that I trust think what you did was disgusting and bang right out of order, you had that team unfairly, and you didnt deserve a team that you didnt get fairly, simple as that.
As for my 2/3 teams, I have 2 accounts, nemesis01 and Steve_Wishart, which I do for promotional work, which you already know. I took over a team a day after it was created by a friend, nothing had been changed and i had to change the name, which put me at a disadvantage, you took over your bro's account, which you created when you were first banned, and had kept alive, then took over with a ful stadium set up and a reasonable squad already created, I had no involvement with this banning of the account, this was done between another English staff member and a member of crew.
As for the 3rd thing you tried to accuse me of, I never banned him and it seems everyone is putting it all on me, despite the user also make high bids on 3 other staff members, why were they not brought up? Ah yes, forgot, you are solely trying to destroy my name. I noticed the bids too late and have spoken to crew about it and the money will be taken away, which makes it all fair.
If you wanna have a pop at me, I have told you, do it over MSN or somewhere private, cos you are only looking like a pratt bringing up half-lame stories to try and slag me off, when you dont even know the full story.
You cheated, you got a massive headstart above everyone else (how many other ppl think Hoops getting a free £4 million to spend on his team is fair?) and then you try to claim that you are innocent, you have been found guilty, we had a huge meeting other this and club of ideas, and only 1 MA didnt like the idea and made the mistake of feeding you false information, since then, his opinion has changed, not that it matters, cos he is a foreign staff member and has no hold over the English league.
It was already planned for you to be banned, I just waited until after the half way mark (after you played me) to ban you, so that all teams could play you fairly. If I banned you before, I would have beaten you and gained an extra 3 points over everyone else, which wouldnt have been unfair.
You cheated, you got caught, you lost your team, everyone that is a staff member agrees you should have been banned, so trying to slag me off and put up some crap vendetta against me because I caught you. Not my fault you got banned, was yours, you took the piss out of a bug and got found, if you feel you got banned unfarily, I suggest you read the rules. Cos this is considered cheating.
