Is it possible to make the keepers in WC2002 as good as in FIFA 2003

I was wondering if it is possible to make the keepers in WC2002 as good as the keepers in FIFA 2003 cus u know like when a ball is lobbed across the field the keeper is all over the place (in WC 2002) and in FIFA 2003 the keepers either r jus darn good they come out and catch or punch out the ball instead of having their own player knocking them over and stuff like that. so i was wondering if they can be improved???
