Hi as the thread says i wanna ask Is It Possible to Change Player Attribute and make the changes Online Compatible.. If there is a way id really appreciate how to do it.. Thanks

Yes, that's true.

Also you can play online with an .cmp patch imported, again the same rule, the other player has to be imported the same .cmp patch.
For example, on Fifauruguay i'd created an online tournament, playing with the uruguayan league, all the players just needed the .cmp of the league and the fifa.db, and works perfectly.

Yes mate i understand that the other guy has to have the same files as me,what im asking is how do u go on about changing the player attributes.. If some could guide me there id really appreciate it...

db file is the data base file contains all players name attributes linked team team names budget refree .........etc it must be the same while playing online

Which DB mate i edited fifa.db using file master.. and gave the same file to a friend it dint work online...

dont edit the db, use my squads for your roster rating improvements.
then remove the my squads folder from fifa 10 in my documents when
you want to play online.

then you have your roster rating improvements w/o a modified db,
therefore you will still be online compatible.

just put the my squads folder back in fifa 10 in my documents & load
your my squads when you arent playing online.

Ill tell u what i want to do. i want to change attributes of certain players who i believe are too low.. I want to change the attributes so that they show in online mode 99% of my games are with my friends in online mode and they all want to play with the changed attribute.. So how can i do it ??

thats exactly what im saying.

doing it that way gives you your edited data w/o touching the db.
the data loads from the my squads file.

you might not even have to remove it from my squads folder to play online,
just make sure default rosters are loaded before you choose online play.

if you all want to play online via direct ip or lan, make the edits & send everyone the saved edited my squads folder & load it.

everyone should then have the same data & therefore can play online.

or you could just make a backup of the fifa 10 db & edit that db
to play online & share it with everyone & when you want to play online via ea master server just replace your edited db w/ the default ea db.

so you will have to db files
1.ea default (for ea master server)
2.edited db (for direct ip & lan (hamachi))(send this db to your friends)

Ill explain what i want to do.. See in the game Vermalaen has a speed rating of 73 which is nonsense..Now i want to change it to 80... Like Vermalaen there are various players who i want to change.. Now when i play online with my friends i want these changes to take effect like even in the online game his speed should show 80...
Now if u tell me step by step how to do it ill do it..

make 2 copies of your fifa 10 db, keep one the same way ea has it
(lets call it ea default db)

now the 2nd copy is the one we will be editing players to the likes
you had in mind (we will call that edited db)

now after you have edited the db the way you wanted it.
pm a link or email the edited db to your friends you play with online (direct ip or lan)

when you play against them online (direct ip or lan) have them place
the edited db in the fifa 10/data/cmn folder (after they back up their ea default db) & overwrite.

now you & your friends will have the same db to play each other.

when you want to play online (ea master server & everyone else in the world) use the ea default db, by copying it back to fifa 10/data/cmn folder.

its really simple, if you dont understand this then i cant help.

I got a problem with DIP/LAN transfers. I changed the fifa.db with DB Master and sent it to my friend so we have the same db. The player Silvestre was transferred from Arsenal to Aston Villa by changing the team id for this player.

When i start fifa he is playing for Aston Villa. Next we tried LAN and DIP(over Hamachi) but there is no Silvestre playing for Aston Villa. He is back at Arsenal. Setting back to whatever has no effect, he is always playing for Arsenal.

Isn`t it possible to transfer players like last year or is there any mistake we made?

Check and make sure there isn't a My Squads File in your FIFA 10 folder and then try again.

I did my database is working allrite online.. Im asking how do u make transfers and make them online compatible.. Id like to do them for the January window...
